The cx725 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cx725. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of all balances held within them. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. cx725 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the cx725 support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account unless there is clear evidence of unauthorised access.
Cx725 reserves the right to require users to undergo identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid copy of your national ID or passport. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and legal action where applicable. cx725 reserves the right to take any action deemed appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of other users.
All transactions on the cx725 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, e-wallets such as TNG e-Wallet and Boost, and other methods available from time to time. cx725 does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as your cx725 account. Depositing via another person's account or card is not permitted. Once a deposit is confirmed, funds will be credited to your account within the timeframe stipulated, depending on the payment method used.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. cx725 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security purposes. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 1 and 24 business hours. Any withdrawals involving bonus balances are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the respective promotional terms.
The cx725 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation, cx725 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical errors, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, telecommunication failures, or third-party cybersecurity breaches.
Cx725 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, breach of terms, or for security reasons. In cases of closure resulting from a user violation, cx725 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances. Legitimate cash balances will be returned subject to investigation and verification.
All content on the cx725 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of cx725 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from cx725.
The cx725 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers and game suppliers. cx725 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Cx725 reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with business requirements or legal compliance obligations. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or the email address registered to your account.
Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of the conditions currently governing use of the cx725 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with the cx725 platform shall first be referred to negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
